The requirements
What the person must be able to do, separated from what would be convenient.
The part
What it is
Every requirement excludes people. Requirements that are not genuinely required exclude people for no return, and they exclude unevenly.
The discipline is to ask, for each line, what happens if the person cannot do this. Where the answer is “they learn it in a month”, it is not a requirement.
The smallest level
The attributes it carries
Each attribute is one of the framework’s shared types. What a date is, and how it is written, is defined once for the whole model — the note here says what it means in this particular place.
Requirement
Stated as a demonstrable ability rather than as a credential where possible.
Text shared typeEssential or desirable
The split is what keeps the desirable list from silently operating as a filter.
