What The Omnigoal is
The Omnigoal is designed to empower students, entrepreneurs and leaders working with business strategy. It is a granular strategic framework that serves as a guide, facilitating and supporting commercial excellence.

Business strategy framework
The Omnigoal serves as a comprehensive guiding framework that supports students, entrepreneurs, and leaders through the strategic planning process. Integrating essentials like the Goal, Business, Brand, Vision, Market, Data, Omni, and Time Cores, it offers a coherent approach to strategy development. This system is designed to help users navigate their unique business strategy paths with clarity and effectiveness.
The framework as a person
If eight cores is an abstract thing to be handed all at once, try reading the whole framework as one person: what they are trying to do, who they are, what they have to work with, how they come across, the world they live in, what they remember, what it is like to deal with them, and how their hours actually get spent. Nobody would try to sort their life out by working on one of those and leaving the other seven alone — which is the whole point the eight cores are making.
Synergy and systemic balance
Each part of the Omnigoal matters less on its own than in what it does to the others. A person in good health with no idea what they want is not thriving; neither is one who knows exactly what they want and has run themselves into the ground getting there. Starting from a settled centre is what makes the rest worth improving, and every part that works well makes the next one easier.
One Omnigoal, and everything inside it
The framework is the Omnigoal: eight cores in orbit around a single purpose. It is built to hold everything a business needs to think about, so there is nothing above it to reach for. What it does have is depth. A Core divides into Objects, and an Object can be taken further into Modules, Components, Elements and Attributes when the work calls for that much detail. Nothing about the structure changes as you move inward; only how closely you are looking.
The same structure, however closely you look
From purpose down to a single figure
The Omnigoal is meant to hold everything a business needs to think about. What changes as you go further in is not the structure but the level of detail: a core divides into objects, and an object can be taken further when the work calls for it.
- OmnigoalThe whole of one business, described by the eight cores with a single purpose at the centre.A company · A venture · A business unit
- CoreOne of the eight, with the Goal Core at the centre and the other seven around it.Goal Core · Business Core · Brand Core · Market Core
- ObjectA named area within a core. Around fifty across the whole framework.Purpose · Value Proposition · Brand Positioning · Target Audience · KPI management · Year Wheel
- ModuleA working sub-area of an object, where one is needed.Budgeting · Segmentation · Tone of voice · Onboarding
- ComponentA concrete deliverable or mechanism within a module. The annual budget · A customer persona · The brand guidelines
- ElementA single constituent part of a component.A budget line · An age range · The logo
- AttributeA property of an element.An amount · A date · An owner · A colour value
The examples given are illustrative rather than exhaustive. Each level name links to its own page, which explains what that level is and lists everything in the framework sitting on it — though most work never needs the last three levels at all.
Across the framework
Someone has already thought hard about this part
The Omnigoal orders the areas a business can take a position on. It does not say how to think inside any of them — Porter, Drucker, Kaplan and Norton, Rogers and Nielsen did that, among others. Their models are filed at the object where the question each one answers comes up.
