The framework is never finished

Businesses change, technology changes, and what we understand about strategy changes with them. A framework that could not follow would have stopped being useful the day it was written down.

Disagreement is the useful part

Agreement confirms what is already there. The contributions that move the framework are the ones that say a core is wrong, an object is missing, or a connection does not hold.

Practice outranks theory

A case where the framework failed in a real organisation is worth more than an argument about why it should not. Bring what happened.
