The panel
Who assesses, in what role, and how their scores are combined.
The part
What it is
A single assessor produces a single perspective, reliably reproduced. Several produce disagreement, which is the point.
Scores should be recorded before discussion. Otherwise the first person to speak sets the room.
The smallest level
The attributes it carries
Each attribute is one of the framework’s shared types. What a date is, and how it is written, is defined once for the whole model — the note here says what it means in this particular place.
Assessor role
Different roles notice different things; recording the role makes divergence interpretable.
Role shared typeScoring order
Independent scores before discussion is what preserves the second opinion.
