The deliverables
What each side provides, described so that its delivery is a fact rather than a judgement.
The part
What it is
Each deliverable needs a description, a recipient and a definition of complete. The last is what disputes are actually about.
Obligations flowing in both directions belong in the same place, since separating them makes the reciprocity easy to lose.
The smallest level
The attributes it carries
Each attribute is one of the framework’s shared types. What a date is, and how it is written, is defined once for the whole model — the note here says what it means in this particular place.
Definition of complete
What counts as delivered, which is what disputes are actually about.
