What it is
Specificity is the whole discipline here. “Customers” covers several groups with different interests, and mapping them as one guarantees that the quietest of them is served worst.
The two ratings are what turn the list into something usable: they say where attention is owed and where it will actually be demanded.
The smallest level
The attributes it carries
Each attribute is one of the framework’s shared types. What a date is, and how it is written, is defined once for the whole model — the note here says what it means in this particular place.

Who they are, named narrowly enough that two people would identify the same set.
