What it is
The average is not the relevant number. What matters is the level achieved reliably, which is somewhere in the lower part of the distribution.
A promise set at the average is broken roughly half the time, which is a surprisingly common arrangement.

Each attribute is one of the framework’s shared types. What a date is, and how it is written, is defined once for the whole model — the note here says what it means in this particular place.
