The part

What it is

A promise of same-day dispatch becomes a cut-off time, a picking standard and a stock availability target. None of those are the promise and all of them are what keeps it.

Written in the organisation’s own language rather than the promise’s, or they will not be recognised as describing existing work.

Each attribute is one of the framework’s shared types. What a date is, and how it is written, is defined once for the whole model — the note here says what it means in this particular place.
