The reporting pack
What is produced each period and for whom — kept short enough that it is read and relevant enough that it is used.
The deliverable
What it is
Internal reporting has a different job from statutory reporting. The first must be timely, the second must be correct, and packs that try to be both fail at the first.
A pack that has grown by accretion contains pages nobody reads and nobody will admit to not reading. Asking directly is the fastest way to shorten it.
