What it is
Most capability is built by doing consequential work with feedback. Courses contribute, and they contribute far less than the space they take up in most plans.
The route should name what will be dropped to make room. A plan that only adds is a plan that will not survive a busy quarter.

Each attribute is one of the framework’s shared types. What a date is, and how it is written, is defined once for the whole model — the note here says what it means in this particular place.
Activity
The assignment, the support and the formal training, in that order of weight.
