The value tracking
How well the metric moves with the value the customer actually receives.
The part
What it is
A metric that rises while value does not produces churn at renewal; one that stays flat while value grows leaves money on the table.
Perfect tracking is rare. The point is to know the direction and size of the mismatch rather than to eliminate it.
The smallest level
The attributes it carries
Each attribute is one of the framework’s shared types. What a date is, and how it is written, is defined once for the whole model — the note here says what it means in this particular place.
Tracking quality
Strong, partial or weak — an honest reading rather than an aspiration.
Choice shared typeMismatch
Where the metric and the value diverge, which is where renewal arguments start.
