What it is
Rework, reject, escalate or pass with a note. Each is legitimate and each needs deciding rather than improvising.
Where the usual answer is “pass it anyway”, the standard or the tolerance is wrong and the check is theatre.

Each attribute is one of the framework’s shared types. What a date is, and how it is written, is defined once for the whole model — the note here says what it means in this particular place.

How often output fails here, which shows whether the check is finding anything.
