What it is
Each condition should be something a person could check without exercising taste. “Loads in under two seconds” rather than “feels fast”.
Where a genuine judgement is required, saying so explicitly is better than dressing it as a measurement.

The attributes it carries
Each attribute is one of the framework’s shared types. What a date is, and how it is written, is defined once for the whole model — the note here says what it means in this particular place.
