The agreement test
Evidence that two assessors reach the same verdict against the standard.

What it is
Run on a sample of real output. Disagreement means the standard is not yet written, whatever the document says.
Repeating the test after revising the standard is what turns it from a document into a working instrument.

The attributes it carries
Each attribute is one of the framework’s shared types. What a date is, and how it is written, is defined once for the whole model — the note here says what it means in this particular place.

How often the assessors matched, which is the standard’s real quality measure.
