What it is
Requirements derived from the process map are checkable. Requirements derived from a vendor’s feature list are not, because they describe the answer.
The list should be short. Long requirement lists select for the largest product rather than the best-fitting one.
The smallest level
The attributes it carries
Each attribute is one of the framework’s shared types. What a date is, and how it is written, is defined once for the whole model — the note here says what it means in this particular place.
