What it is
Assessed on how the tool is actually used rather than on what it can be configured to do, since configuration that nobody has done is not a capability.
Partial fit is the normal state. What matters is whether the gaps fall on essential requirements.

Each attribute is one of the framework’s shared types. What a date is, and how it is written, is defined once for the whole model — the note here says what it means in this particular place.
