What it is

A claim made in sales conversations and nowhere in writing is the hardest to inventory and the most likely to be unsupported.

Knowing the channels is also what makes correction possible; a withdrawn claim has to be withdrawn everywhere.

Each attribute is one of the framework’s shared types. What a date is, and how it is written, is defined once for the whole model — the note here says what it means in this particular place.

Channel
