The part

What it is

Set by the distance between the current expectation and the threshold. A decision that flips at fifty per cent when the estimate is around twenty needs very little precision.

Precision beyond what the decision requires is expense with no return, and it is where analytical effort usually goes.

Each attribute is one of the framework’s shared types. What a date is, and how it is written, is defined once for the whole model — the note here says what it means in this particular place.
