What it is

Content that has stopped being true is a liability: it is found, believed and acted on, and the organisation is judged by it.

How it is removed matters. A deleted page that still has links pointing at it is a worse outcome than an honest note saying what replaced it.

The smallest level

The attributes it carries

Each attribute is one of the framework’s shared types. What a date is, and how it is written, is defined once for the whole model — the note here says what it means in this particular place.
