The coverage map

Which route serves which segment, decided rather than assumed — because unassigned coverage is what produces conflict.

The deliverable

What it is

A map with unassigned segments produces two routes chasing the same customer. A map with uncovered segments produces demand nobody serves.

Both are visible in a grid and invisible in a list, which is why the map is worth drawing.
