The exposure
What the consequence would be if the claim were challenged.
The part
What it is
Exposure varies enormously. An unsupported adjective is a credibility question; an unsupported compliance claim is a regulatory one.
Ranking by exposure rather than by ease is what keeps the most dangerous gaps from being left because they are inconvenient.

The attributes it carries
Each attribute is one of the framework’s shared types. What a date is, and how it is written, is defined once for the whole model — the note here says what it means in this particular place.

Ranked by consequence, so the dangerous gaps are not left for the easy ones.
