What it is
The exclusion is what makes the value operational. A value with no exclusion cannot settle a disagreement, because both sides will claim it.
Written as a concrete refusal — a kind of customer, a kind of deal, a way of working — rather than as a general disposition.

Each attribute is one of the framework’s shared types. What a date is, and how it is written, is defined once for the whole model — the note here says what it means in this particular place.
