What it is

Evidence is what separates a value statement from a wish. Without it the claim is an intention that has been written in the present tense.

The source matters as much as the number, because an estimate and a measurement look identical once they sit in the same column.

The attributes it carries

Each attribute is one of the framework’s shared types. What a date is, and how it is written, is defined once for the whole model — the note here says what it means in this particular place.
