The Omnigoal canvas
The whole framework on one sheet of paper: purpose in the middle, the eight cores around it, each with the question it puts to a strategy and the areas it is made of.
How to use it
- Print it in landscape on A4 or Letter, or larger if a team will stand round it. The layout scales to the paper.
- Write the purpose in the middle first. Everything else is read against it.
- Work round the cores in any order. Next to each area, write the position you hold — or leave it blank, which is also an answer.
- Where a single box is not enough, the worksheet for that core goes one level down.
