What it is

Without a threshold set beforehand, every reading is interpreted in context and no reading is ever bad enough to act on.

The response should be named too, even if it is only “review at the leadership meeting”. A trigger with no attached action is a number.

The attributes it carries

Each attribute is one of the framework’s shared types. What a date is, and how it is written, is defined once for the whole model — the note here says what it means in this particular place.
