What it is

Coverage is a blunt number and a useful one. A figure near a hundred per cent usually means the links were written to fit rather than found.

Tracked over time it shows whether the organisation is drifting or tightening.

Each attribute is one of the framework’s shared types. What a date is, and how it is written, is defined once for the whole model — the note here says what it means in this particular place.
