Availability of people, readiness of a system, a decision being made by a date. Each is a dependency in disguise.
An assumption that fails becomes a scope change, and recording them is what makes that visible rather than contentious.

Each attribute is one of the framework’s shared types. What a date is, and how it is written, is defined once for the whole model — the note here says what it means in this particular place.
