The cadences

What is reviewed weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually — matched to how fast each thing actually changes.

The deliverable

What it is

Reviewing something more often than it changes produces noise and meetings. Reviewing it less often than it changes means finding out late.

Most organisations use one cadence for everything, usually monthly, which is wrong for both the fast things and the slow ones.
