The reproducibility test
Evidence that two people get the same answer from the same definition — the only test that establishes a definition is complete.

What it is
A definition is complete when two people using it independently produce the same number. Anything less is a description that will be interpreted.
The test takes an hour and finds something almost every time, which is why it is worth running on the measures that carry consequences.
