The learning list

What has to be found out before each direction can be relied on — the questions the plan currently assumes are already answered.

The deliverable

What it is

Every growth direction assumes some knowledge the organisation does not yet have. The list is where those assumptions are converted into questions.

The useful discipline is attaching a method and a date to each. A question with neither will still be unanswered when it matters.
