Decision register
The recurring decisions the organisation makes, each with one decider and the roles that recommend, agree and give input.
The deliverable
What it is
The register lists decisions, not positions. It starts from the recurring choices that cause delay or argument and assigns roles to each, following the RAPID separation of recommend, agree, perform, input and decide.
It covers standing decisions only. The owner of a particular initiative is recorded in Tactical goals, and the matters reserved for the board are recorded in Governance; the register holds everything in between that recurs.

Decision classes
The kinds of decision that recur — pricing exceptions, hires above plan, supplier changes — named so they can be allocated.
