The limits within which each role may commit money, people and contracts on its own, starting where the board’s reserved matters end.
The deliverable
What it is
The schedule turns decision rights into numbers. Where the register says who decides on hiring, the schedule says up to what salary, within what budget, and above which figure the decision moves up a level.
Its upper edge is set by Governance. The board reserves certain matters to itself; the schedule delegates everything below that line, and the two documents should meet with no gap between them.
