The visibility plan
Who hears about each win, through what channel, and when. An unannounced win is not a win for this purpose.
The deliverable
What it is
The whole function of a quick win is to be seen. A result that landed and was not communicated has produced operational value and no momentum.
Overclaiming is the opposite risk and a real one. A modest win announced as a transformation costs more credibility than it buys.

Learn
State what the win is not yet evidence of. It costs a sentence and protects the credibility of every later claim.
