The deliverable
What it is
The pipeline register is the portfolio view. It shows how much the organisation is spending on new things, where that spending sits, and which projects have stopped moving.
It feeds Growth horizons in the Goal Core, which decides how effort should be divided across near and far horizons. The register reports the actual division; the allocation itself is decided there.
