The exit findings
What departing people said, aggregated across departures — because the pattern is the finding, not the individual conversation.
The deliverable
What it is
An exit interview conducted by the person’s manager collects a polite version. Conducted by someone independent, and after the notice period rather than during it, it collects more.
Single interviews are anecdotes. The value is entirely in the aggregate, which means the answers have to be recorded in a form that can be compared.

The turnover record
Who left, when, and from where — segmented, because the total tells you almost nothing.
LearnThe engagement read
What people say about working here, gathered in a way that permits an honest answer and followed by something visible.
