Operational handover
The transfer of a proven innovation from its founding team to the people who will run it, with what moves, when, and who supports it.
The deliverable
What it is
Handover is the point where an innovation stops being a project and becomes part of the business. It is also where the knowledge held by the founding team is at particular risk of being lost.
This component covers the transfer only. Once complete, the processes belong to Operational Systems, the offer to Value Proposition, and any roll-out work with a defined end is run under Project management.
